5. Orders and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after processing.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Amoura-intimates is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information or external logistics providers.

6. Returns and refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after receipt.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or delivery errors.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Amoura-intimates reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods include iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices may be changed at any time. Pricing information does not entitle you to claims.

8. Import responsibility and VAT

The customer is solely responsible for paying import duties, VAT, or any other applicable fees upon entry of the products into the destination country. These charges are not covered or managed by Amoura-intimates and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

9. Shipping from third countries

Products are shipped directly from a third country (e.g., China). Amoura-intimates acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier and does not handle import procedures. All logistics are managed by the supplier located in the third country.

10. Risk of delays and additional charges

The customer acknowledges and accepts that delays or additional charges, including customs duties, may occur during international shipping or import procedures. These risks and costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Amoura-intimates is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs or other authorities.
