Returns within 14 days
At Amoura-intimates we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Not satisfied? No problem: you can return items within 14 days, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
Overview of our return policy
Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items.
Item condition: Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to return an item
Contact us: Send an email to our team at info@avoralyon.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive instructions: We will send you a return authorization and clear instructions by email, including the address of our warehouse in Asia.
Pack the item: Carefully pack the item, preferably in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
Ship the item: You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to our warehouse in Asia. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Send us the tracking number: Once the item has been shipped, share the tracking details with us to speed up processing.
Refund process
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will check whether it meets our return conditions.
Refund: Once approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will appear on your original payment method within approximately 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges?
Would you like a different size, color, or product? No problem! Contact us—we’ll be happy to help with an exchange. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
